Admission Procedure (3-Year LL.B. Programme)

Ram Kumari Ayodhya Law College, Begusarai, affiliated with Lalit Narayan Mithila University, offers admission to its 3-Year LL.B. programme in accordance with the guidelines of the Bar Council of India and the University.

Rules of Admission (3-Year LL.B. Programme)

Students seeking admission to the 3-Year LL.B. programme at Ram Kumari Ayodhya Law College, Begusarai, must follow the rules outlined below:

  1. Application Form
    • Admission requires submission of the prescribed application form available at the college office.
    • The form can be obtained on payment of ₹1,000/- (in cash only).
    • The form must be duly filled and accompanied by the required documents.
  2. Required Documents
    Applicants must submit the following documents along with the application form:
    i. Original C.L.C. (College Leaving Certificate) or D.L.C. (Degree Leaving Certificate), as applicable
    ii. Original Character Certificate from the Principal of the last attended institution
    iii. Photocopy of Matriculation Certificate (for date of birth proof)
    iv. Photocopy of Graduation Mark Sheet
    v. Two recent passport-size photographs (black & white)
    vi. Migration Certificate (for students migrating from universities other than Mithila University)
  3. Important Notes
    • Incomplete applications or missing documents may lead to rejection of the admission request.
    • All certificates must be genuine and verifiable.

1. Eligibility Criteria
Students admitted shall not be allowed to appear i n LL-B examination unless they have attended at least 75% of the lectures out of the total lectures delivered during the session i n each subject.
Students who fail to pay their fees on the due date will be liable to pay default fine of Rs. 5/day and if the dues.
however, is not paid by the last date prescribed their names will be struck off from the Roll of the Students and after that re-admission charge equal to one month’s tuition fee will be charged or realized from those students.
Students who pay the entire amount for the session at the time of admission, in that case above noted rules will not be applicable.

Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. or equivalent) from a recognised university with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
A relaxation of 3% (minimum 42%) is applicable for SC/ST and female candidates as per norms.

4. Selection Process
Admission is granted on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination, as per the rules of the University.

5. Counselling & Verification
Shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification. Original documents are required for confirmation of admission.

6. Fee Payment
Selected candidates must deposit the prescribed fee within the stipulated time to secure their admission.

7. Confirmation of Admission
Admission is confirmed only after successful verification of documents and payment of fees. The college reserves the right to cancel admission in case of any discrepancy.


Important Note

  • Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for university examinations.
  • All rules and regulations of the college and University must be strictly followed.
